Sharon specializes in Sourdough Breads, that contain nothing but flour, mineral water and salt (no sugar, no commercial yeast, no dairy products, no oil/butter…). They use 100% natural fermentation methods to make their bread, which, therefore, contains dietary fibers and body friendly bacteria. The entire process is done by hand. The result is an amazing caramelized crust and airy soft moisty crumb. Also available in the shop: Kashew Cheese and truffle-based condiments from Le Truffle.
